Due to security concerns, our hosting platform partner for Shared Cloud Hosting has reset passwords for many of our customer Control Panel and FTP logins. This was not the result of a specific security breach with these accounts but out of caution due to increased attention to the age and strength of passwords. As a result, we are now assigning new passwords so we can communication the changes to customers experiencing issues logging in.
If you experience trouble with your Control Panel or FTP login, please contact our Help Desk at 434-817-7300 option 2 or email@example.com. Please note that updated credentials will only be provided to designated contacts on record.
