Colin M. Learmonth, President of Broadband Network Services Incorporated, has been appointed to the Advisory Committee on Infrastructure of the Joint Commission on Technology and Science chaired by Senator Stephen D. Newman and Delegate Kenneth R. Plum.

The Advisory Committee is charged to explore the current technology infrastructure in the Commonwealth, the current and expected demands on that infrastructure, and the means of meeting those demands across the Commonwealth
