Broadband Network Services Acquires the Internet Operations of iQ Networks
Charlottesville, Va - Broadband Network Services Incorporated (BNSI) announced today that it has acquired the Internet assets of
iQ Networks. All current and active iQ customers were transferred to BNSI and now receive their Internet
services through BNSI.
iQ Networks was the trade name of the Internet service business of Entré Computer Center of Charlottesville. It
provided both wireline and wireless Internet access operations in the Central Virginia area. In light its
customers’ increasing demand for Internet services, iQ determined that it was in its customers’ best interests
to transition them to a company well positioned to accommodate that demand.

the full spectrum of customer needs from dial-up to complex hosting. BNSI has provided Internet access and data

the addition of the iQ customers, BNSI will extend its geographic service area as well as the breath of its service offerings.
