T-1 Service

Overview

T-1 Service is based on a traditional T-1 circuit used with the Point-to-Point (PPP) Protocol. It is a routed (Layer 3) service that connects a Local Area Network (LAN) to the Wide Area Network (Internet) using a router and CSU/DSU. The total available bandwidth of the T-1 circuit is 1.54Mbps and billing is based on a monthly flat rate.
